Situated on Commercial Street, the Greenleaf Inn bed & breakfast is located just steps from the harbor's shops, restaurants, and waterfront. However, should our guests want to do some additional sightseeing along the Maine coast and Boothbay Harbor, we also have bicycles for your use. |

The Admirals Quarters Inn is a magnificent 1800's bed and breakfast that stands at the head of the Boothbay Harbor Peninsula. It boasts an oceanfront location with birds-eye views and the smell of the sea. Lobster boats fishing, flying seagulls, sunrises, and sunsets are all part of the scenery. The Admirals Quarters has some of the most admired surroundings there is to offer in this lovely Maine community. The newly acquired seven room bed and breakfast is co-hosted by the Greenleaf Inn. The bed and breakfast neighbor has redecorated and updated some of the comforts of Maine hospitality yet retained the warmth and flavor that made the Admirals Quarters a family favorite. The Inn has many homey spaces to relax, curl up, read, sip your favorite beverage and rejuvenate. The parlor, solarium, and outdoor porches are favorable for your private get-away. |

Since both The Admirals Quarters Inn and The Greenleaf Inn are one...there are many common spaces in both properties to use and enjoy. As you check-in we give you a full tour... so you don't miss anything! The downstairs area of the bed & breakfast features a large living room (approximately 20' x 30') and a library. For those who demand excellence, the living room is ideal for family gatherings or meetings, with lovely hardwood floors, a large fieldstone fireplace and ocean views. Adjacent to the living room is a lovely wicker furnished sunroom for guests to enjoy their first cup of coffee and the morning newspaper. |

The Library For those rainy days or cooler seasons, the library is filled with games and books including the complete set of Mark Twain books, the Reader's Digest series, and numerous novels which cater to all tastes. The library's selection is a rare find, ranging in works from the early 1900's through the present. The library also contains several videos that can be borrowed for use in the VCR's provided in every room. We also have game tables for chess, cribbage, checkers, Scrabble!™ and Monopoly!™

Solarium At Admirals Quarters Inn The solarium/sun porch is special. Sunrises, sunsets, breathtaking ocean and all the harbor boating activity can be seen in this bright airy room. It was an addition to the Inn as a favorite place for all the guests to relax, read, socialize with special friends and create new ones.
