Guest Rooms/Rates

We designed and decorated each three-room suite with local art and craft, utilizing and reflecting local materials, skill and energy as much as possible. All the art and some of the furniture in each room were made either on the Blue Hill Peninsula or nearby in Maine.

Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, dresser, closet, and space to sit and relax. The sitting room in each suite has a full size couch, desk, wireless internet, breakfast table, microwave, mini-fridge, wine glasses, and everything else we thought you might want.

Guest Information

Rates include organic continental breakfast as well as bicycles for two.
Two-night minimum stay for all weekends during early and peak season. One-night reservations are an extra $20.
5% discount for stays three nights or longer and 10% discount for five nights or longer.
Discounted rates apply for larger group bookings and/or longer duration stays.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our small size, short season, and our location at the tip of the Blue Hill Peninsula, cancellations can have a significant impact on our business. 90% of our guests make reservations at least two months in advance. If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit is refundable up to 45 days prior to the date of arrival. For cancellations made less than 45 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the room. If we are unable to rebook your room, your 50% deposit will help offset the loss we will suffer from your cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a $35 administrative fee per room. We recommend trip insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseeable circumstances.
