For over half a century, the Lusty family has welcomed guests to enjoy the privacy and casual comfort of the Dockside Guest Quarters and Restaurant. Situated on a 7 acre private peninsula bordering York Harbor and the great Atlantic, the Dockside offers a variety of distinctive accommodations. The Maine House is a classic New England "cottage" with a large wrap around porch complete with wicker rockers. The view from here is quintessential coastal Maine; overlooking the harbor to the north and east to the Atlantic. Guest rooms are air conditioned, furnished with period antiques and marine paintings with warmth and charm found throughout.

The Dockside Guest Quarters & Restaurant provides a special venue with a distinctively relaxing and hospitable atmosphere. • Additional guests or roll-a-ways are $15 per night
• No charge for children 14 & under in rooms with alcoves & suites
• Service charge may apply
• Cribs are available for no charge

• No Smoking is allowed in any guest room or public space
• Violation of this policy will result in $100 charge
