Policies
- Our rates are double occupancy and include breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
- Maine State lodging tax is 7%
- A two night minimum stays may be required.
- A deposit of two nights is required to confirm a reservation.
- Cancellation two weeks prior to arrival date will incur a $25 fee. We reserve the right to retain the deposit for cancellations within two weeks until the stay has been resold.
- Deposits and payment may be made by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
- The Cleftstone Manor is a smoke free inn. Very suitable for children age 10 and above. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.
