 Southwest Harbor, Maine (ME) Bed & Breakfast: The spacious rooms have harbor views, full or partial, - where you will see the activity of a working harbor. The Inn has two luxury rooms with spectacular harbor views, living room areas, and fireplace. Every room has a private bath. Each room is also furnished with ceiling fans, individual heat controls, and queen-sized beds. There is a cable TV, and telephone in every room with VCR's in the suites. The Inn offers a 3 course Gourmet breakfast every day.

Policies:
  • On season: May 15 - October 31
  • Off season: November 1 - May 14
  • We welcome children ages 12 & older
  • Deposit is equal to 1 night's stay or 50% of entire stay, whichever is greater.
  • Cancellations received more than 14 days out from scheduled date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is able to be fully rebooked. Cancellations received less than 14 days from scheduled arrival will not be refunded.
  • Reservations of 1 night are non refundable.
  • We do not accept pets but are able to recommend pet accommodations to you.
  • Our Inn & surrounding grounds are Non-Smoking.
  • Our private parking area is not able to acommodate boats, trailers,motorhomes, etc. We are able to accommodate 1 vehicle per guest room.
