 Southwest Harbor, Maine (ME) Bed & Breakfast: The spacious rooms have harbor views, full or partial, - where you will see the activity of a working harbor. The Inn has two luxury rooms with spectacular harbor views, living room areas, and fireplace. Every room has a private bath. Each room is also furnished with ceiling fans, individual heat controls, and queen-sized beds. There is a cable TV, and telephone in every room with VCR's in the suites. The Inn offers a 3 course Gourmet breakfast every day.

Policies:
  • On season: May 15 - October 31
  • Off season: November 1 - May 14
  • We welcome young guests age 12+
  • Non refundable $35.00 cancellation fee per room reserved per night
  • If cancellation is received more than 14 days out from scheduled date of arrival, deposits are refundable if entire reservation is able to be resold.
  • If cancellations are received less than 14 days before scheduled date of arrival, deposits will not be refunded.
  • One night stays are not refundable
  • A $30.00 charge applies for an extra guest per room per night
  • There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures
  • We are unable to accommodate pets
  • 2 night minimum stay in season
  • We prefer cash, personal check, traveler's check. We also welcome Visa & Mastercard.
