The Chadbourne House

• Rates are based on double occupancy, and are subject to change without notice.
• A 50% deposit of your entire stay is due to secure your reservation.
• A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
• Balance is due upon check-in. We regret that room charges are non-refundable.
• A 7% sales tax will be added to all room rates.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Traveler's Checks and Money Orders as methods of payment.
• We do not accept personal or business checks except as advance deposits.
• Deposits are non-refundable without a 14-day notice of cancellation.
• A $25 service charge will be deducted from all returned deposits.
• In the event that we are able to re-rent your room, your deposit will be refunded less the service charge.
• Visitors of guests are welcome in the common areas only to ensure the privacy of other guests.
• We regret that we are unable to accommodate children or pets.
• Your safety and security are of the utmost concern. Our home is protected by the most up to date fire prevention systems. We do have a "NO SMOKING" policy in our home, but invite you to enjoy the garden area seating.
• The Chadbourne House has a Maine Full Liquor License for the benefit of our guests, and features Maine Estate wines as well as other fine wines and special micro-brews all sold by the glass or bottle. Due to the statutes of this license and the insurance requirements to serve and sell these beverages at the Inn, we must request that our guests do not bring alcohol on the premises. • Late arrivals will be accommodated by pre-arrangement.
• Office Hours:11 am - 4 pm
• Quiet Hours: We ask that you respect our quiet hours from 11 pm - 8 am.
