Sculptured wallpaper and plush, light beige carpeting, with a section of 1856 wide pumpkin pine flooring purposely left exposed. "Boat-like" bathroom with traditional wainscoting and African wallpaper. Queen bed with tan and black quilts and shams. Large glass writing table and comfy lounge chair. Ceiling fan and a unique trapezoid window/door leads to your private sitting balcony for two, overlooking one castle and the bay. The colors are bright and summery in this unique open, uplifting space. A private "wing" with antique white walls, blinds, wicker furniture --- with light grey berber carpeting contrasted by bright red countertops, faucet and drawer pulls. Queen bed, red sheets with colorful quilts and shams and also a full red sleeper. Full bath has marble sink tops and silver faucets. Ocean view wall has bay windows, twist out windows and French doors leading onto your large, relaxing private deck where table and chairs, glider and geranium filled painted window boxes await you. The many birds are a bonus. Inspiring photography and colorful art create a special feel. There is a new full kitchen with island seating and sunken sink.
