Located near beautiful Perkin's Cove, the Carriage Trade Inn exemplifies everything that is special about Ogunquit: simple elegance, affordable luxury, and a cheerful atmosphere. The Carriage Trade Inn has six beautifully appointed rooms and a luxury suite, each with its own private bath. Lush gardens abound. We are a short walk to the beach, restaurants, clubs, and the famous Marginal Way. Spacious indoor and outdoor common areas allow you a quiet moment alone or an opportunity to mingle with other guests. We also have plenty of parking.

The Carriage Trade Inn is open year-round and available for a variety of group functions. Each room at the Carriage Trade Inn is beautifully furnished with queen-sized beds. You will enjoy a private bath with luxury towels, cable television/VCR (and an in-house video library) and air conditioning. Some of our rooms feature private balconies.

Policies
  • 2 or 3-night minimum required stay.
  • 2-night weekend stay required in season.
  • Check-in: 3 p.m.;Check-out: 11 a.m.
  • Cancellation Policy: Two weeks notice is required for all regular room cancellations.
  • A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
  • If less than two weeks cancellation notice is given, the effective cancellation fee shall be the room deposit.
  • It will be up to the managers discretion to return the room deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee, if he is able to re-rent the room.
  • A deposit will be required for all reservations.
  • We accept checks, VISA, & MasterCard.
  • A deposit amount will be quoted when you make your reservation.
  • Balances are due upon check-in.
