Introduction
Located in the town of Greenville, Maine, the gateway to the Moosehead Lake Region, the Captain Sawyer House is in town and offers our guests the convenience of shops, restaurants and local attractions all within walking distance. Moosehead Lake is just outside your door, where the wilderness of the great north woods awaits you.
Make yourself at home in our circa 1849 farmhouse. Enjoy the view of Moosehead Lake and the Steamship Katahdin from the comfort of Grammie Sawyer's parlor or one of the outside porches.
Room One
King-size bed & Queen-size pull out sofa, Private bath. Located on the first floor.
Room Two
Queen-size bed, private bath. Located on second floor.
Room Three
Queen-size bed, large bath with antique clawfoot tub & shower. Located on the second floor.
Room Four
Full-size bed, private bath, with tub & shower. Located on second floor.
Note: Rooms 3 & 4 are connected & may be used as a 2 bedroom suite with room #3 bathroom.
