Policies
  • Rates depend on time of year, room type, occupancy number and choice of MAP or Flat Rate plan.
  • If you cancel 30 days before your arrival date we will gladly refund your deposit.
  • If you cancel less than 30 days in advance, we will gladly refund your deposit if your room is re-rented.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $25 bookkeeping fee.
  • At the time of booking, a deposit equal to one nights stay will be accepted.
  • This can be accomplished by either calling in with a credit card number of, by sending a check.
  • All rooms are nonsmoking
  • Well mannered children welcome.
  • $20 extra per person.
