We offer a variety of room arrangements and either private or shared bathrooms. Spa services include on-site massage therapy and Reiki. Off-site sauna, exercise pool, facial, manicure and pedicure are available Monday through Saturday.

With its serene atmosphere and beautiful ocean views, our 10 bedroom home, The Candleshop Inn, is the perfect setting for replenishing the body, mind and spirit. Our unique York Beach, Maine Bed and Breakfast offers a year-round escape for the traveler in search of inner tranquility.

We maintain a smoke-free environment. Children are welcome.

The Candleshop Inn is consciously created to provide a respite from the stress of everyday life. Your stay with us includes an all-you-can-eat vegetarian breakfast and a Yoga class. Most of our bedrooms have spectacular ocean views, bringing in the sounds of the ocean and the clean, fresh smell of the sea. We offer a variety of room arrangements from twin to king-sized beds, with private or shared bathrooms. Spa services are available by appointment and include on-site massage therapy and Reiki. Off-site facial, manicure and pedicure are available Monday through Saturday.

We take pride in creating an environment that is both unpretentious and nourishing. Nurture yourself with the sounds of nature and the aromas of home cooking. Enjoy sunsets on our deck, stroll along the beach, or relax in a rocking chair on our spacious front porch. In cooler weather, curl up in front of the wood stove with a book and hot tea. Experience yoga, soak in a lavender bath, enjoy a therapeutic massage or Reiki session.

Breakfast:
Our all-you-can-eat vegetarian breakfasts consist of homemade muffins and breads, a whole grain cereal buffet with a fresh seasonal fruit, yogurt, and other toppings, and of course, a special main course each day! We are happy to accommodate those with special diets or food allergies. While most of our guests enjoy breakfast in our bright dining room, others prefer our large deck or sunny front porch.

2008 Rates:

  • $120 - $185 per night
  • Children under 5 are FREE. $10 for children 5-12
  • $20 for each additional person in the same room.
  • Weekly rates are available upon request.
