Room Three is a calm, peaceful, and relaxing second floor room. The queen four-poster bed is covered with elegant Croscil linens. The sitting area is furnished with antique and period reproduction furniture that is placed in front of the window that faces out to the side yard. The antique dresser provides for ample storage, and the large private bath has a full size tub/shower combination.

Room Four is a second floor room featuring a beautiful big bay window creating a bright and sunny atmosphere. The cozy sitting area is complete with period reproduction chairs. The antique dresser and four-poster queen bed compliment the original carved woodwork. The large private bathroom has a polished maple floor and full size tub/shower combination. Room 4

Room Five is on the second floor and brings to mind a summer garden. The queen bed has a lovely brass/silver headboard, and the antique mirrored dresser compliments the carved woodwork which is original to the house. The cushioned antique Deacon's bench sitting area is perfect in front of the bay window. The large private bathroom features a full size tub/shower combination. Room 5

Room Six is a third floor suite featuring a large room with a king bed and a smaller room with a queen bed. The king room has a beautiful antique armoire and a cozy sitting area featuring white wicker furniture. The queen room is complete with a rocking chair for relaxing. Each of the rooms has its own door into the hall. A large private bathroom with a full size tub/shower combination connects the two rooms. This suite would be suitable for as many as four people, using both rooms, but is frequently utilized as a king room with the double room closed off. Room 6

Room Seven is a third floor suite featuring a large room with a king bed and a smaller room with two twin beds. These may also be configured as a king bed, giving a king in both rooms. Each room has its own entrance into the hall. The king room features a lovely antique dresser and a sitting area that is complete with white wicker settee, chair, and table. The smaller room has a small chest for personal belongings and a sitting area with white wicker chairs, floor lamp, and table. The private bathroom with a full size tub/shower combination connects the rooms. This two-bedroom suite can accommodate as many as five guests or can be utilized as a king room for two people with the smaller room closed off. Room 7

  • Rates include a delicious full breakfast each morning and are for single or double occupancy. There is a $30 charge for an additional person in a room.
  • Check In is normally between 3:00 and 6:00 P.M. Check Out is prior to 11:00 A.M. Please let us know if you need to make special arrangements to check in or out at other times.
  • A credit card is required to reserve a room. Full payment is due upon arrival. Seven days advance notice is required for cancellation. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, and the room cannot be re-rented, a charge of one night's lodging will be incurred.
  • Rates do not include 7% Maine sales tax.
  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.
  • We are not able to accommodate pets.
  • Brewster House is a non-smoking inn.
