Boothbay Harbor Bed and Breakfast: The Welch House Inn, a classic New England bed & breakfast, offers an unsurpassed view of Boothbay Harbor and the open ocean, yet restaurants, shops, galleries and all the harbor activities are just steps away. Guest bedrooms are air-conditioned, smoke free, and all have private baths. Twelve of our fourteen rooms boast breathtaking views, with King, Queen, and Double beds available to suit your preference.

All Coveside Bed and Breakfast rooms have water views and private bathrooms. Rates include daily maid service and a full Maine breakfast, complete with homemade breads and other innovative offerings. Rates include use of our bicycles and canoe.
