Introduction

Located on the waterfront in the village of Boothbay Harbor, the Blue Heron Seaside Inn was built in the 1800's as a seaside home convenient to the town center and with access to the harbor for boating activities.

Your hosts, Laura and Phil Chapman, are natives of Boothbay Harbor whose families have lived here for five generations. They have completely restored the inn to capture the timeless elegance of "Old New England" while offering all modern necessities for your comfort.

Blue Heron Seaside Inn - Boothbay Harbor, Maine The ideal in-town location allows you to leave your vehicle and stroll to the picturesque village for boat trips, unique shopping and fine dining just steps away. Or, you may simply enjoy lounging on the waterfront lawn watching the seabirds on the shore with a view of Boothbay Harbor's historic footbridge in the background-- a favorite spot for artists and kayaking enthusiasts!

 Charmingly decorated with Victorian pine furniture and light, airy colors. Includes queen-size beds and ceiling fans. 		$135 - $165 $185 - $195
Second Floor - "Colonial Atmosphere" with Great Harbor Views
 Historic wall colors emphasize the colonial theme in these spacious (22 feet by 16 feet) rooms. They are appointed with a king-size mahogany four-poster or sleigh bed, antiques and ceiling fans. 		$150 - $175 $210
Third Floor - "Nautical Atmosphere" with Panoramic Harbor Views
 Breezy and open, these large rooms have king-size beds and are decorated in cool nautical colors. A gracious two-bedroom suite with one king and one double bed is available. 		$185 - $200 (two room suite) $225-240 (for two-room suite)
