Our mid-coast Maine bed & breakfast was built in 1810. Today its historic charms blend perfectly with modern comforts. The Inn is conveniently located just a few blocks from the harbor and shops. Our elegant yet casual atmosphere is a relaxing retreat for couples, families and business travelers.

*Delicious cuisine is a highlight of the Blue Harbor House* Complimentary Breakfast A generous two course breakfast is served each morning from 8 - 9 a.m. in the dining room. Start with freshly brewed coffee or tea and an assortment juices. Our first course includes favorites such as Poached Pears in Raspberry with Vanilla Cream, Caribbean Bananas, and Spiced Fruit with yogurt and Toasted Almonds. The main entrees are house specialties such as Eggs Florentine, Bacon & Leek Quiche, and Blueberry Pancakes, just to name a few. A delicious way to start your day!

Cocktail Hour
In early evening from 4:30 - 6:30 we offer our guests a selection of hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer and cocktails. Our menu includes: Hand Dived Pan Seared Bay Scallops, Grilled & Skewered Shrimp, Home-Made House Pate with Melba Toasts, and Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese. Hors d'oeuvre pricing starts at $10 pp. (Advance notice required) Wine, beer and cocktails are priced separately.

Choose lodging in one of our lovely guest rooms or opt for added luxury of in one of the romantic suites. All rooms and suites are equipped with a private bath, bathrobes, sitting area, wireless internet access, TV, bottled water, snacks, and complimentary toiletries. Some of our rooms have a canopy bed, gas fireplace, VCR, patio area, whirlpool bath or claw foot soaking tub. Suites in the carriage house also have outside entrances.
