Gourmet Breakfast ... Breakfast is a special time for guests at the Inns. It's a relaxed time to plan your day's adventure and to enjoy the specialty of the day. Fresh juice, followed by our “wake up” starter course like organic yogurt sweetened with a local honey and topped with Jim's own granola or perhaps spiced baked pears with crème fresche is a healthy start! Breakfast entrées change daily from a sweet to a savory with our specialties of Blackberry Inn French Toast with a fresh blackberry sage sauce, organic farm fresh omelets with our own garden herbs and a local goat cheese or Maine apple pear pancakes with brandied citrus sauce or an egg frittata with garden vegetable medley. Special diets can be accommodated…just ask us! For those days when you are in a hurry, we are happy to package warm fresh muffins and a “to go” mug of fresh coffee to send you on your way! |
