The inn is situated in downtown Bar Harbor just a short walk to the waterfront and town center where you'll find a wealth of distinctive shops and incredible eateries. We are only a 5-minute drive to the Ferry Terminal for traveling to Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.

Enjoy beautiful Acadia National Park and take a day trip to the islands surrounding Mt. Desert. Finish up each day at Aysgarth Station relaxing in front of a cozy fire, and start the next with a hearty gourmet breakfast and we also offer picnic lunches. Aysgarth Station's accommodations include queen-size beds, air conditioning, private bathrooms and delightful afternoon refreshments.

  • A 2 night paid deposit is required to hold a room in High Season
  • Deposits will be refunded, less a $25 handling fee if cancellation is received more than 14 days prior to arrival date.
  • Within 14 days, refund only if room can be rented for the entire length of your reservation. Cancellation fee applies.
  • Rates are subject to a 7% Maine sales tax and any balance due is payable upon arrival.
