Experience the tranquility, beauty, and simple elegance... of this small and intimate bed and breakfast inn. Sit amidst the flowers on our wrap-around porch and watch the little lobster boats come and go. View the spectacular sunsets on the water or listen to the soothing sounds of the sea. Only a short walk to town over the historic "footbridge" which spans the inner harbor. There for your enjoyment are the many galleries, fine restaurants, and shops of Boothbay Harbor. The Inn boasts six guestrooms. Each room is tastefully furnished with period antiques, mahogany poster beds, fresh flowers, paintings, floor length drapes and private baths. Most rooms offer harbor views and some have terraces.

For special occasions treat yourselves to our newest room on the third level offering cathedral ceilings and a panoramic view of the harbor. A very spacious room filled with light and fresh sea air with its seventeen windows, cupulos, oak floors, balcony, and French glass doors opening to a beautiful jacuzzi for two where you can gaze at the stars in the harbor while relaxing. A cottage is also available for those desiring a private setting. Rates range from $115-$210 depending on the season and type of room.

In the morning celebrate the day with a full breakfast prepared with the freshest and purest of ingredients. We offer early morning coffee and beverages throughout the day.
