Our accommodations, conveniently located near other Bar Harbor, Maine lodging, offer 6, cozy, guest rooms that open onto a sun porch which overlooks the lake. You can select a room furnished with a king or queen-size bed or one with both a double and a single bed. In the morning you will be indulged with a full breakfast featuring home-baked muffins, pastries, fresh fruit, and our chef's special hot entrée of the day. Breakfast is served in our lakeside dinning room where you will frequently be entertained by our resident bald eagle. After your hearty breakfast, enjoy a day of sightseeing or simply swimming, fishing, or canoeing at our lake. We specialize in helping you plan a vacation you will remember for a lifetime. Whatever your interests, we are happy to help you plan a day of outdoor adventure, sight-seeing, shopping or just finding that special place to get a lobster dinner. |

- Standard Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be secured with a credit card number or a check for at least one night's charges. If you must cancel your reservation, you need to notify us fourteen (14) days prior to your confirmed arrival date. If you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days notice you are responsible for the room charges for the entire length of your stay.
- July and August Multiple Room Night Reservation/Cancellation Policy: Most summer visitors book rooms early in the year. As a small property it is critical that we can count on our summer income. Therefore we have developed a policy specifically for reservations that include multiple room nights in our busiest period. Reservations for 5 or more room nights in July and August must be secured with an advance deposit of 50% of the entire charges, payable at the time of reservation. The balance of the room charges are due ninety (90) days prior to your arrival. Any changes to the reservation must be made ninety (90) days prior to your confirmed arrival date in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival will only be refunded if the rooms can be rebooked.
- Room rates are subject to 7% Maine Sales Tax
- We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
- All guest rooms are non-smoking.
