Admiral Peary House

• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation equivalent to one nights stay for each room booked. This will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
• There is a two-night minimum stay on all weekends in season, three on holiday weekends. Some one night availability for a Friday or Saturday night does occur however, so please call us toll-free or email us to check.
• Rates do not include 7% Maine State Lodging tax.
• Rates are subject to change.
• Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days during foliage season and the Fryeburg Fair). Refunds, less the processing fee, will be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival only if the room can be rebooked. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
• Check-in is between 4pm and 7pm or later by prior arrangement. We regret that we cannot accommodate early check-ins. Check out time is 11am.
• We are a smoke-free establishment. Guests who wish to smoke may do so only in designated outside areas where ashtrays are provided. Guests who disregard our smoking policy can expect to be charged a cleaning fee of a minimum of two nights rental, plus actual charges incurred to return the room to its smoke-free condition.
• We're sorry, but we can't accept pets. We have 2 resident cats who you may see in the gardens or occasionally napping on the porch, but they prefer to remain in our quarters and not venture into the main house.
• When considering whether to bring your family here, please bear in mind that many guests visit us because of our quiet ambience and to get away from disturbances. We are not toddler-proof, nor do we have any facilities for babies and small children under the age of 5. We do however, welcome older children with mindful and considerate parents.
