Cranberry Bay

This vaulted room has unimpeded views over the islands of Frenchman Bay to the mountains of Acadia National Park. Tastefully decorated with a private bath.

This is a beautiful second floor room with a partial view of the ocean from the bay window and a door opening onto a small private deck You have plenty of space and a large private tiled shower.

Sea Heather Bay

The Sea Heather is a well appointed room with a writing desk, private access to your own deck area, heated bathroom floor and large tiled shower.

• For a reservation of one night only, the full rental amount is required within 7 days of the request.
• For reservations of more than one night, one-half of the total rental amount will be required within 7 days of the request.
• Deposits may be made by check, Visa or MasterCard and must include the 7% Maine Lodging Tax.
• The balance of the payment will be due upon arrival.
• Cancellation must be given at least two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation for a full refund.
• If notification occurs less than two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation, one-half of the deposit will be returned unless the room can be re-booked for the entire stay in which case your deposit will be returned in full.
• Check-in: 3 - 5 pm unless other arrangements have been made.
• Check-out: 11 am.
• All room rates include a hearty breakfast, assume single or double occupancy, and are subject to a 7% Maine lodging tax.
• We accept Personal Checks, Traveler's Checks, Cash, Visa, and MasterCard.
• Children over twelve years of age, who are well supervised, are welcome.
• No pets.
• Acadia View is a Non-Smoking Bed and Breakfast Inn.
