Mary's Ultra-Easy/Foolproof Pie Crust

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup oil (I like 1/4 cup grapeseed oil & 1/4 cup butter)
2 tablespoons milk

This crust can be made right in the pie plate.
Mix the dry ingredients together.
Stir in oil and then milk.
Then press dough into pie plate.
Add filling and bake as usual.
