Our 10 beautifully decorated guest rooms offer the look and feel of the early 1900's. All 10 rooms have Private Baths, Color TVs, Telephones, Wireless Internet Access and Air Conditioning. A complimentary breakfast is included.

Room 202 ~ Double Bed, Private Bath, Cable TV, Telephone, Air Conditioning, Wireless Internet Access and Complimentary Breakfast. $85 - $150

In season, whenever a Saturday is included, there is Two-night Min.
If Friday night is booked, you may rent a Saturday by itself.
If a Saturday night is not booked 5 days out, you may book the Saturday by itself.
Special Events & Holidays include Navy Graduation, Herndon, Boat Shows, Navy Football Weekends, New Years Eve, Navy Plebe Induction Day in June, and Parents Weekend in August. For the following holidays Friday & Saturday night rates apply: Labor Day, Memorial Day, President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Veteran's Day, 4th of July & Thanksgiving. When the holiday falls on a Monday, the night before, Sunday, is also a weekend rate.
Cancellations, Refunds, Policies
Deposits are refundable, less a $10 service fee if cancellation is received 14 or more days prior to arrival date.
With less than 14 days notice we must be able to re-rent the room for the length of your stay in order to cancel.
Cancellation time for graduations, Herndon week, & groups reserving 4 or more rooms are refundable only 60 days before arrival unless rebooked for the length of stay.
Boat Show booking are non refundable at time of booking, and can only be refunded if rebooked for full length of stay.
All regular reservations must be confimed with a one night deposit charge to your credit card.
Balance is due at check in.
For Boat Shows & Naval Academy Graduation, full payment balance will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to check in.
Breakfast is included with all reservations except US Boat Shows & Naval Academy Graduation. During those two events, guests will be served coffee & fresh baked muffins in their rooms free, if they wish.
We give preferred seating to all Inn guests, but please understand we need your full party present to be seated, when the restaurant is busy.
No smoking anywhere in the building
Check in 2 pm or after (Check-in desk is in Chick & Ruth's Delly where you will be having breakfast.
For late check in after we are closed, we will send instruction on how to obtain a key in our confirmation letter.
