This is a truly unique and beautiful suite fit for a queen, newlyweds, or any couple wanting to enjoy a romantic interlude. The amenities are generous and unsurpassed. The canopied king pillowtop bed is luxuriously accented, and there is a natural wood fireplace to help set the mood. The very large bathroom also has a (gas) fireplace, in front of the double Jacuzzi. The bath is ceramic tiled and also features a large shower and bidet. Attached to the bath is a semiprivate deck with relaxing hot tub.

This is a spacious room with a four-poster queen bed and a view of St. John's College. It has a beautiful working fireplace, a comfortable couch and cozy window seats front and back. There is also a front deck just outside your door.

This suite encompasses the entire third floor, and includes two bedrooms, one separate bathroom with shower, and a separate sitting room with wet bar, refrigerator, and cable television and VCR. Each of the two bedrooms features two twin beds, which also can be made into king-width beds.

This is a large private suite on the lower level, which includes a separate and private entrance from the back patio. This is our PET FRIENDLY room. The suite includes a sitting area with fireplace, wet bar, refrigerator, cable television with VCR, and full ceramic bath with a single Jacuzzi. Outside the entrance to the suite is a small courtyard with a lovely shade garden and fountain.

• Room rates range from $195 to $395 per night.
• Discounted rates are available January through March and may be available for special circumstances (legislature, Govt. per diem, etc.).
• Rates are subject to State and local taxes.
• Weekends and special events typically require a minimum two-night stay.
• A deposit of one night's stay per room by cash, check or major credit card is needed to confirm reservations.
• The balance of the stay is due upon arrival.
• Cancellation requires a fourteen (14) day advance notification for refund of deposit, minus a $25 handling charge.
• In the case of late cancellation, we will be pleased to refund your deposit balance if the room is rebooked by another guest.
• The entire home, which may accommodate up to 14 guests, may be rented for special occasions. Cancellation of the whole home rental must be made no later than 30-60 days before the rental begins.
• Check-in: 3 - 6 p.m. Late check-in is available by special arrangement.
• Checkout: 11 a.m.
• No children under 18 are permitted.
• Smoking is allowed ONLY outdoors, on the decks or courtyard.
