Lodgecliffe on the Choptank B & B

In memory of Capt. Willard Richardson, this room speaks of nautical charm with a crisp, modern flair. The largest room at Lodgecliffe, it offers a king size bed, private bath, comfortable seating area and an expansive river view.

Simple, but elegant, this room exudes tranquility. Offering a private entrance onto Lodgecliffe’s expansive back deck, the Zen room offers a king size bed, private bath and beautiful views of the lower Choptank.

This room is dedicated to Jim Richardson and James Michener. Jim was a local boat builder (and the uncle of Lodgecliffe's owner) who inspired a character in the book, Chesapeake by Michener. The room features a queen size bed, as well as a twin size day bed, private bath and private front porch entrance.

• If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee.
• In the unlikely event that you must cancel or shorten your visit with less than 14 (fourteen) days notice, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
• If we can re-book your room for all or part of your original stay, an appropriate refund will be made.
