For 1 to 4 riders, bringing their own 1 to 4 horses from October through May, and able to schedule at least one month in advance, the 2 person occupancy room rate is $90/night with a 2-night minimum. Boarding for horses is $10/ night/ horse (self-care with bedding and hay provided by the farm). Guest discounted Private Half-Hour Lesson rate is $30 or $60 for one hour. Horses must have negative Coggins test within the past 12 months and be wormed with an Ivermectin product 2 to 4 weeks prior to arrival. Horses must be able to trailer-load quietly.
