Unique seaside decorations from local artists and Atlantic beaches highlight this beach themed room of creamy blues, taupe and white. A queen size brass bed centers the room which is furnished in white wicker. The room has a full tiled bath with an oversized shower. The adjoining room that acts as a sitting area with a ceiling fan and oversized windows is a former screened porch which has been enclosed for year round use. It is a great place to enjoy your juice and coffee while keeping an eye on the river, reading a book or watching eagles and other wildlife that inhabit the area.

The large room which has its own private staircase is furnished with rich dark woods, marble top tables - some of which are family heirlooms - and a tasteful collection of quirky & unusual rabbits. This room is done is in Wedgewood blue, cream and soft hues of rose. A Laura Ashley print comforter covers the king size poster bed. In addition, there is a sitting area with a sleeping couch, table and comfortable reading chair. The full sized bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub with shower and skylight.

A two room suite with a distinctive garden dècor in primary colors is perfect for the travelling family or for a Girls' Getaway slumber party weekend. Separated by curtains, one room has a queen size white metal bed mixed with antique oak and painted furniture. The ceiling fan feels like the breezes from the river. The second room of this suite has a white metal trundle bed, make-up area, a collection of vintage hats and antique floor-to-ceiling green wood shutters framing the windows. The bathroom is accessible from this room and has a double shower, no tub.

A back winding staircase, popular in homes of the 1800's, leads to our smallest and possibly our coziest room at the Inn. A canopied queen size bed with antique oak furnishings fills this soft green and cream colored bedroom overlooking the front lawn and gardens. Hearts in the room are subtle, unique and can be found in the furnishings as well as the dècor. The private bath, just a few steps down the hall, has a double shower, no tub.

• Prices include a complete breakfast including breads, fruit, juice, coffee and full entrée. There is also a refrigerator on the first floor with complimentary soft drinks and water for our guests.
• Welcome refreshments will be served to arriving guests from 5 to 7 p.m.
• A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.
• If reservation is made less than 14 days in advance, one nights lodging is required as a deposit.
• If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, a refund will be given less a $25 administrative fee. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior, entire deposit is forfeited unless we can re-book the room.
• A minimum of a two night stay is required on weekends April through October. Three day minimum on holiday weekends throughout the year.
• Check-in time is from 3 to 6 p.m. Should you be arriving later than 6 p.m., please let us know so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you.
• Breakfast is served in either the formal dining room or on our sun porch overlooking the river. Coffee, tea, juices and homemade breads are delivered to your door each morning or, if preferred, served on the first floor sun porch. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies.
• We are sorry that we cannot take pets at this time as we have two dogs and two cats of our own.
• Thank you for not smoking in the house.
