We take the strain- you take the train! Ride the Maryland Scenic Railroad historic steam and diesel excursions, just a 20 minute drive from the Stonebow Inn. We book your tickets your tickets and save you the hassle. Weekend one-night stay, 2-person packages from $228.00-$275.00, depending on room choice; two night stay from $405.00-$495.00, depending on room choice. Includes taxes. Weekdays $20 less per night. Regular Coach Class. First Class and Murder Mystery priced seperately.

Give that special someone a special memory! Whether it is a birthday, anniversary, proposal (we've had seven so far!) or a just a fond "thank you" to someone in your life, the memory will last a lifetime time after a visit to the Stonebow Inn. We can provide those extras that mean so much: fresh bouquets of flowers, champagne, wine, chocolates, massage, spa appointments, limo service, dinner reservations at romantic places and more.
Our packages include a dozen roses or a mixed bouquet of seasonal flowers, gift-wrapped box of assorted chocolates, a specially designed Stonebow Inn romance card, romantic movies for your private viewing, one or two night accommodations with gourmet breakfasts at your private table. All rooms have private bathrooms en suite.
Champagne or fine wines - your choice from our select list.
With advance notice we can also make your dinner reservations, book massages, sleigh rides and more to make this celebration the best getaway ever. Let us help you customize your trip to suit your personal preferences (and those of your partner!)

History, architecture and art combine in this special package. Take a country drive along the historic 200 year-old National Pike (Route 40) from Grantsville. Stop and see Braddock's Grave at Fort Necessity or the art collection at Nemacolin Resort, then tour famous Fallingwater. Make it a Frank Lloyd Wright excursion with a tour of the House on Kentuck Knob with its world-renowned sculpture garden. We arrange your tour tickets and times in advance. Weekend one-night stay, 2-person packages from $215.00 - $260.00, depending on room choice; two night stay from $390.00 - $480.00, depending on room choice. Includes taxes. Weekdays $20 less.
