Thaddeus Sobieski Lowe From either twin bed you can envision hot air balloons floating lazily over the treetops outside your window. The attached bath offers an oversized shower.
Garden View This room offers a view of a charming historic garden frequented by beautiful native birds. The attached bathroom contains a powerful shower for two with full body massage to soothe away aches or stress.

  • Rates: $150 to $225
  • All rates are quoted for single or double occupancy and include a three course scrumptious breakfast.

    General Information

    • Easton's Promise is an adult bed and breakfast inn and therefore we are unable to accommodate children under 18.
    • A maximum of two people in each room.
    • Check-in: 3 p.m., Check-out: 11 a.m.
    • Holiday and Weekend Policy: Two-night minimum.
    • Waterfowl Festival Policy: 5-night minimum at Fall rates or 3-night minimum at $200/day.
    • Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
      • Your reservation requires a 50% deposit per room required within 2 weeks of booking.
      • A refund, less a $25 processing fee, will be made if a change of date or cancellation is received ten days prior to the arrival date, or if the accommodations are rebooked for the entire reservation period.
    • Smoking is restricted to the outside garden area.
    • We love pets, but cannot accommodate them.
    • Free Off-Street Parking is available.
