The two-story Oxford Cottage has a queen-size white and brass bed, a fireplace in the living room, French doors leading to a brick terrace, and a luxurious bathroom with a double sink and a Jacuzzi. Views of the water are everywhere in this inn, especially from the kitchen and dining area where a wide expanse of windows floods the room with sunlight and brightness. A full breakfast is served either here or in the formal dining room.

Waterfowl Festival (11/13/2009 thru 11/15/2009)
If so, let Alyssa know when making your reservation and you will be given a special discount. It is an exciting time of year in Talbot County. Come experience the annual migrating Canada geese flying overhead, while Easton closes colonial streets, and decorates historic buildings with natural greens. With 13,000 visitors and 300 of the nation's finest wildlife artists, craftsmen and vendors, Combsberry is the perfect place to stay! We are only eight miles from the festival. Close enough to enjoy the festival but far enough where you can get away from the crowds and enjoy the quiet nights at Combsberry.

Family Holiday Getaway (12/23/2009 thru 01/10/2010)
Invite your family or a group of friends to join you. Maximum occupancy is 16 people. You will have access to all seven rooms for 5 days/4 nights from December 23-27 or December 30 - January 3, 2010. We will stock the refrigerator so that you and your guests have a delicious continental breakfast each morning. You will have access to every room on our beautiful 35 acre property from the 18th century Manor House to the luxurious Carriage House and quaint Oxford Cottage. This private getaway time will be just for you, there will be no innkeeper present on the property that week. The price for the whole week is $6000.00.
