Our seven rooms have private baths, air conditioning and offer you a choice of king, queen or single beds. Some rooms have fireplaces, others have whirlpool tubs, private balconies or harbor views. One room is completely handicapped accessible with its own private courtyard.

Harbor Front Rooms 1 & 2 (2nd & 3rd Floors) Elegantly appointed large room with wood burning fireplace and three windows with window seat facing the harbor. Four-poster King bed. Private bath featuring our new BainUltra Thalassa hydro-thermo massage tub/shower. *Wood burning fireplace available from October - March. All rooms have access to our private rooftop deck that overlooks the beautiful waterfront. $239 + tax

Atrium Rooms 3 & 4 (2nd & 3rd Floors) Quiet, charming inside rooms with double windows overlooking the center courtyard. Four poster Queen bed. Private bath featuring our new BainUltra Primo hydro-thermo massage tub/shower. All rooms have access to our private rooftop deck that overlooks the beautiful waterfront. $169 + tax

Garden Rooms 5 & 6 (2nd & 3rd Floors) City-view rooms with an atrium door opening onto your private balcony with a table for two overlooking the garden. Queen bed and a private bath featuring our new BainUltra Thalassa hydro-thermo massage tub/shower in a sunny bathroom. All rooms have access to our private rooftop deck that overlooks the beautiful waterfront. $209 + tax

Courtyard Room

Ground floor room with a four post Queen bed off a courtyard with table and chairs. Large shower bathroom. All rooms have access to our private rooftop deck that overlooks the beautiful waterfront.

• All whirlpool and fireplace rooms have a two-night minimum stay on weekends.
  
• All rooms have a 2 or 3 night minimum stay and increased rates on holiday & special event weekends.

• Check-in time is by prior arrangement.
  
• Check-out time is 11 a.m.

• Reservations of one night must be totally prepaid within seven days of booking. A 50% deposit for reservations of two or more nights must be paid within seven days of booking. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
  
• Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash are accepted.
  
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
  
• Reservations guaranteed to a credit card are subject to same terms and conditions as a cash deposit. We reserve the right to process the card number provided for the deposit amount as specified above.
  
• Refunds of deposits (less a $20 cancelation fee)will be made only within 10 days notice of cancellation. For holiday and special event weekends, 20 days or more notice is required. If cancellation is made within the 10 day (or 20 day window) the deposit will be forfeited unles we are able to rent your room for that night.
  
• Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of arrival or departure.
  
• Children 12 years of age and over are welcome.
  
• Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.
  
• We maintain a smoke free inn and smoking of any kind is STRICTLY prohibited anywhere in the Inn. If a guest chooses to smoke they will be asked to leave and will be charged a $250 fee to compensate for lost income while we replace the bedding and windowtreatments in the room. Smoking is limited to the outside garden courtyard, private balconies and roofdeck.
