The Rose Garden Suite This romantic suite is privately located on the second floor of the house and includes: Queen-size Victorian bed, private two-person Jacuzzi whirlpool bath with shower, private living room porch with daybed & trundle and large windows with lovely view, flame-glo log burning fireplace, TV/VCR with Digital Cable and refrigerator. $165 per night. The Mountain Magnolia Suite This luxurious suite is conveniently located on the first floor of the house and is handicap accessible. You will enjoy a King-size bed in this newly remodeled suite with a private two-person Jacuzzi whirlpool bath, flame-glo log burning fireplace, spacious sitting area with large overstuffed wingback chairs and other fine antiques, TV with Digital Cable, and refrigerator. $165 per night.

The Sunny Meadow Suite The bright Sunny Meadow Suite is located in a separate wing on the second floor, has a King size bed, private hall bath only two steps from your room with antique claw-foot tub and shower. This large suite also has an oak table and sitting area in spacious room with TV and Digital Cable, and refrigerator. $125 per night The Apple Orchard Suite This two-bedroom suite is perfect for one or two couples or for a family of four. One bedroom has a king size bed, and is comfortably equipped with ceiling fans, antiques, round table and chairs, and TV with digital cable. The hallway bath, only two steps from your room, has a spacious Jacuzzi whirlpool tub and European style hand-held shower. The other room in this suite has a full size poster bed and is equally equipped with ceiling fans, antiques, round table and chairs, and TV with digital cable. Two-room suite only $135 per night.* *Double Occupancy. $25 each additional person.

• All bedrooms have ceiling fans, are air conditioned in the Summer, and individually heated in the Winter.
• Check-in time is after 3:00 pm, unless arrangements are made with the Innkeepers before arrival day.
• Check-out time is 11:00 am. Cash or Check preferred.
• Note to allergy sufferers: our Host Cat, Aly, lives on the premises in the Owners Quarters and is prone to wander into Common Areas, but is restricted from guest rooms.
• Well-behaved children are welcome, if kept under careful parental supervision.
• Smoking is permitted on the grounds and outside porches.
• Listed nightly rates are weekdays, Monday thru Thursday/Friday thru Sunday and Major Holidays.
• Rates per night are for double occupancy and include a full, hot, delicious breakfast each morning, anytime between 8:30-10:00 am, unless otherwise arranged with the Innkeepers.
• Each additional person $25.
• Reduced rates for Appalachian Trail hikers, singles, and business travelers; call for rates.
• Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express), or deposit with personal check of 1/3 total rent.
• Our Cancellation Policy: A Five Day Cancellation Policy is in effect for all reservations. If reservations are cancelled more than five days prior to arrival date, no payment is due. If cancelled within 5 days prior to arrival date, half of rent is charged, unless room can be reserved. If reservations are cancelled within 48 hours of arrival date, full payment is charged.
• Rates subject to change without notice and do not include Maryland State and Washington County taxes, which total an additional 12%.
• The Cascade Inn is now equipped with FREE WI-FI Wireless Internet Service and FREE Local and Long Distance Telephone Service.
