Welcome to Aunt Rebecca's Bed & Breakfast
Built circa 1870, Aunt Rebecca's is a brownstone townhouse conveniently located in "The Cultural Center" of downtown Baltimore, in the Mount Vernon neighborhood. Aunt Rebecca's is just minutes away from all points of interest: the Convention Center, the Inner Harbor, museums, the aquarium, art galleries, antique stores, universities, symphony hall, the conservatory, the stadiums, theaters, hospitals, restaurants, shopping areas, Penn Station and BWI. Decorated and furnished in the Victorian style, you will find the rooms to be spacious and comfortable with twelve-foot ceilings.

Transportation: If you choose not to walk, there are several transportation options. At the corner, you can catch a bus to all the exciting places in the city. Just a block away is the train station linking you to most of the states in the Union. At the station, take the Light Rail to the airport then to any city in the world.

Aunt Rebecca's Bed and Breakfast neighbors two colleges, The University of Baltimore and The Maryland Institute College of Art, and it is just a few blocks from the Peabody Conservatory. Joseph Meyerhoff Symphony Hall is three blocks away and just around the corner is the Lyric Opera House. A stroll down Charles Street will lead you to many restaurants, shops, galleries, churches, and the Inner Harbor. At the Inner Harbor you will find the aquarium, ESPN, the IMAX theater, museums, and many shops. The Light Rail System is just a few blocks from the Inn and will drop you at the door of the Baltimore Convention Center or to the stadiums where the Orioles and Ravens nest. Located close to the Light Rail Line is Edgar Allen Poe's grave, Babe Ruth's Museum, and the University of Maryland Hospital.
