Introduction
This stylish example of a grand English country house, situated among some of the finest historic homes of Annapolis, lies within a few short blocks of the U.S. Naval Academy, City Dock, and many fine eating establishments.
Ample, secure off street guest parking at the rear of the house adds to the convenience of this unique location.
During the spring, summer and fall, guests are invited to enjoy the home's spacious English Country garden for picnics or strolls.
The house is centrally air conditioning and furnished with an impressive collection of fine English and American period antiques, creating an ambiance of comfortable elegance.
Enter through the front foyer, the parlor is to the right and guest dining room on the left.
The Parlor
A double parlor with an inviting fireplace and overstuffed couches is reserved for guest relaxation.
Enjoy breakfast in the dining room or in the morning sun on the patio.
The dining room is accentuated by an English antique crystal chandelier (circa 1840) and period furniture.
A full breakfast is served each morning, complete with morning gourmet delights such as croissants, filtered coffee, orange juice, "Tipsy" toast and omelettes on occasion. Authentic English sausage or baked beans are also available on request.
For those early starters coffee is available in the Butler's Pantry from 7.30 am.
All our guest rooms and suites feature queen size four poster beds, in room refrigerator, tv/vcr and separate bath. The suites also feature sitting areas and double jacuzzi bath.
An eclectic collection of videos, located on the second floor are available for your viewing pleasure.
Your hosts Graham Gardner, Robert Bryant and our extremely friendly security agent Camilla, have 15 years experience in Annapolis Bed and Breakfasts. Both Graham and Robert are accomplished chefs and they would be delighted to discuss cars, gardens or antiques with any enthusiast.
