Introduction
Welcome to Twin Maples Bed & Breakfast, a 200-year-old colonial farmhouse located on 27 acres, less than 2 miles from the center of the lovely New England village of Williamsburg. You will find a lovely vista of open pastures with Hereford cattle grazing, stone walls, a wooded area with logging trails to walk, flower and vegetable gardens, and an outdoor sitting area and patio.
Twin Maples Bed & Breakfast consists of three guest rooms and a shared bath with tub and shower. The guest sitting room with working fireplace is a comfortable room with an antique Victorian settee and chairs, perfect for watching TV, playing games, or quiet reading. The large country kitchen is the hub of the home with the original fireplace and Dutch oven and a wood burning stove tucked into the fireplace.
A full country breakfast is served in the charming candlelit dining room on quaint hand made pottery, silver and linens. Breakfast choices consist of juice, fresh fruit, homemade muffins, coffee cake, bacon and eggs, omelettes, French toast, buttermilk pancakes, quiche, regular and decaf coffee, teas, pure maple syrup from our own sugar house, and fresh raspberries from our berry patch.

S P R I N G
Our sugar house is open and in operation in late February, March and early April. We tap our maple trees, collect the sap and boil the sap into maple syrup on a 100-year-old wood-fired arch. During sugaring season with advance reservations, we serve pancake breakfasts in a private dining area that seats ten guests. Our experienced maple producers provide you with a tour and information about the operation.
Williamsburg is a lovely New England town with approximately 2000 residents. It is situated at the foothills of the Berkshires and is popular for biking and hiking. There are many lovely country roads to explore either on foot, bike or car. It is surrounded by the lovely towns of Goshen, Chesterfield, Cummington and Ashfield. Collectively, these towns are referred to as “the Hilltowns”. Williamsburg has several very nice restaurants, a wonderful General Store, historic museum, and several churches.
