Tuck Inn Bed & Breakfast

• Open all year.
• In Season Rates: May 23 - October 31
• There is a 10% discount for weekly rentals for rooms 1-9 (not applicable for rooms A & B).
• All daily room rates are subject to an additional 9.7% MA tax.
• All rates are per room, based on double occupancy. Rooms 9 & B accommodate families of up to 4, which is included in the rate.
• *Can accommodate a third guest for an extra $20 per night.
• Minimum Stays: Two night minimums in July. August and most weekends. Three night minimums on holidays. Room #9 (The Suite) is booked by the week from mid June through the end of August. For our "Peak-Season" (6/15 - 8/31), preference will be given for long-term bookings until April 1st; thereafter, short term bookings will be accepted. (Some restrictions apply.)
• Payment: Deposit of one night's stay required, balance due upon check-in. We prefer cash or check, but also accept MasterCard and Visa for your convenience.
• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 2-9 p.m. Check-out is by 11 a.m.
• Cancellations: Your deposit will be refunded with ten days notice, or if the room is re-rented for the entire stay.
• Parking: One car per room. After check-out, cars must be removed to accommodate incoming guests.
• Restrictions: For comfort of all, pets are not allowed, and we are a non-smoking inn.
