This is a blissful place to spend either alone or with someone special.

• Check In Time: After 3 PM; Check Out Time: 11 AM. Please let your host know if you anticipate an early or late arrival/departure.
• Payment: Cash, Check, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover
• Reservation Policy: Credit card number and telephone number are required to reserve your stay. Your credit card will be charged upon arrival or if a cancellation becomes necessary.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Your business is very important to us and changes in your plans are understandable.
  • We must enforce our cancellation policy due to the intimate size of Susan's Sanctuary Bed and Breakfast.
  • If a cancellation becomes necessary more than seven (7) days prior to your arrival, a $25 room charge will be assessed.
  • For cancellations seven (7) days or less, 50% of the total room charge will be assessed. For no-shows or cancellations the day of your arrival, a 100%, one night room charge will be assessed.
• Susan's Sanctuary is a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. Smoking is permitted outside.
• We can accommodate a third guest traveling with you in the private spare sitting room on a pull out single couch for an additional $25 per night. (Student stays for free when visiting prospective colleges with parents.)
• We cannot accommodate children at Susan's Sanctuary as our Bed & Breakfast is not child proof.
• We are sorry we cannot accept pets. We do have a friendly English Springer Spaniel, Cheyenne. Any concerns with our family pet, please let us know.
