• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM, except by prior arrangement
• Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn. Smoking permitted outdoors only.
• Pets: We are not able to accommodate pets.
• Children: Well-behaved children over age 10 welcomed.
• Deposits & Cancellations: Reservations confirmed with a deposit equal to one night's rental or 50% of the total reserved stay, whichever is greater, plus applicable tax & service charges. Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival refundable, minus a $30 administration fee per room; less than 30 days notice, refund ONLY if we are able to re-let the room(s) for the entire reserved period. Guests agree to be obligated for full payment for all rooms reserved, for the entire period of the reservation. No refund or adjustments for early departure, inclement weather, family emergency, illness, missed or canceled flights, or for temporary unavailability of certain complimentary amenities such as hot tub or internet access. We recommend trip cancellation insurance. All rooms double occupancy, $30 extra-person surcharge per night.
• Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds for early departure.
• Special Terms Apply during Brimfield Antique Fair weeks: All reservations payable when made and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• 2-night minimum stays may apply for Brimfield and certain Holiday weekends.
