Check-In Time: 3:00 PM Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM, except by prior arrangement Smoking: We are a non-smoking inn. Smoking permitted outdoors only. Pets: We are not able to accommodate pets. Children: Well-behaved children over age 10 welcomed. Deposits & Cancellations: The Red Maple Inn is a small, family-run business. Cancelled reservations result in significant loss of income, as well as disappointment for potential guests who have been turned away based on those reservations. Therefore we must enforce strict reservation and cancellation policies. Reservations must be guaranteed with valid credit card at time of reservation or 50% deposit check received within 5 days of placing reservation. For stays of 3 or more days, 50% advance deposit required. 30 day notice required for full refund. Less than 30 days, refund only if we are able to re-book the room. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable. No refunds for early departure. Payment for Brimfield Show weeks required when reservations are made. 2-night minimum for Holiday weekends. All prices subject to tax & service chg.
