Garden Suite - Located on the main floor in its own private wing. Features a king-size bed and a private bath with a walk-in, sit-down shower, and working fireplace. A door from the parlor leads to an outside deck. $175
Tree Tops - A typical day begins with spotting a ship or two sailing out to sea. Features a private bath (tub/shower) and a comfortable sitting room. $145
Birds Nest - Cozy retreat located at the far end of the house with its own separate entrance, queen bed, private bath (shower only), and a sitting room just right for watching a favorite movie. $125
Policies...
  • Weekends and holidays may require a two-night minimum stay.
  • Significantly reduced off-season rates apply from November to May.
  • Deposit of 50% of total stay is required to confirm reservation.
  • Cancellations:
    • More than 2 weeks notice: deposit refunded.
    • 14 days or less notice: deposit refunded to extent the room(s) re-rented.
    • All cancellations or reduction in nights are subject to a $20 fee per room.
  • Full payment due upon arrival.
  • We accept cash, travelers' check, Visa, Master Card or American Express.
  • Check-in: 2:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am.
  • Children 12 and over welcome.
  • Smoking allowed on outside deck and on the grounds.
  • Our cat "Paddles" says no to pets.
