Introduction

Escape to historic Cape Cod - Relax, Rejuvenate & Unwind. The Penny House Inn & Day Spa is a Cape Cod bed and breakfast inn located in Eastham, Massachusetts just 2 hours south of Boston and home of the Cape Cod National Seashore with 30 miles of unspoiled beaches. Coast Guard Beach which has been voted one of the top 10 beaches in the US several years in a row is just a short 5 minute drive from the inn.

Our day spa provides guests and the public an opportunity to indulge in an array of specialty massage, body and couple's treatments that were created just for the Penny House. The day spa is open 7 days a week from 10 am - 4 pm (later appointments available in July & August) by appointment only. Book ahead of arriving so as to not be disappointed.

The Penny House Inn & Spa offers a romantic, private, relaxing atmosphere for couples and families with older children. Our outdoor heated pool is open Memorial Weekend to Labor Day. The inn offers many amenities that are not usually seen at larger properties such as - Free Wireless High Speed Internet, Free Movie Rentals, Free Tea all day, organic soap, shampoo & lotions, cozy sheets, Matlesse covers, large bath towels, spacious rooms and comfortable mattresses.

The Penny House Inn & Spa is the perfect romantic destination for couples and offers many romantic, honeymoon, spa and even babymoon packages which can include, rose petals, chocolate dipped strawberries, a dozen roses, breakfast delivered to your room the next morning, and specially designed couple's spa services provided in our fireplaced spa room.

For those that have to work out - why not do it at Cape Cod's Best Gym & Wellness center adjacent to the inn. With an indoor salt water pool, Pilates Classes, Indoor Tennis, Yoga Classes, Indoor Racketball courts, outdoor tennis, rock wall, sauna, steam & whirlpools - this is more than a gym, it is a complete wellness center. Enjoy a full gourmet, imaginative breakfast in our air conditioned 1690's dining room at your own table for 2 or for an additional charge have it delivered to your room. In the afternoon enjoy a selection of fine teas, herbal teas, hot chocolate or cider along with a brownie, homemade chocolate chip cookie, blueberry tart or sour cream coffeecake, freshly made each afternoon.

shower or large shower, all kings have Jacuzzi tubs and all rooms have AC

*Queen Rooms*	These 3 Rooms all have Queen size beds, private ensuite bathrooms with either a tub/shower or a shower, are on the ground floor, have TV/VCRs, individual AC units, heat (some have their own thermostats), phone, WIFI, and have access to a common area refrigerator located in the sunroom. There is no smoking or pets allowed in these rooms.	$165 - $215/nt
*Deluxe Queen Rooms*	These 3 rooms are larger than the Queen rooms and all have an expanded amenity either a fireplace or balcony (all are on the 2nd floor). All of these rooms have individual AC units, own thermostats for heat, private ensuite bathrooms with either a tub/shower or large shower, TV/VCR/DVD, mini-fridge and coffeemaker, phone and WIFI. No pets or smoking is allowed in these rooms (however Penny Serenade has a balcony on which people can smoke).	$185 - $260/nt
*King Rooms & Suites*	These 6 rooms and suites are larger than the deluxe queen rooms and all have king size beds, private en-suite new bathrooms with showers, in-room 2 person jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces (not available during summer months), individual thermostats, individual AC units (suites have 1 for the bedroom and 1 for the sitting room), TV/VCR/DVD (suites have 2). There are 6 units total (3 suites and 3 rooms). 3 of them have balconies, 2 have outside entrances (1 of them with a patio). Suites were designed for either a couple and 2 children (we welcome children aged 8 and over) or a ladies weekend getaway or 2 people wanting separate beds.	$250 - $395/nt

Policies

The Penny House Inn is a smoke-free inn. Smoking is allowed on the patio or private balconies.
The Penny House Inn cannot accommodate guest pets, but we would be more than happy to help guests make boarding arrangements, please inquire.
Children & Additonal Guests: The inn is not appropriate for small children. Children 8 and over are welcome. Most guestrooms only accommodate 2. Suites can accommodate up to 2 additional guests/children, while the Captain's Quarters can accommodate 1 additional guest or child. If you are travelling with older children, we suggest taking 2 rooms or a suite. An additional charge of $30/nt for children 12 & under. Adults & Children 13 & over $50/nt. Please call the innkeeper for further details.
Deposits are required to guarantee your room and rate. During the summer months and holiday weekends, we have a minimum stay. Please inquire.
Deposits: Reservations of 1 night will be charged in advance at time of reservation.
Reservations of 2 nights or longer will be charged 50%, with the balance due upon checkin.
All deposits are applied to the last nights of reservation.
Deposits can be made with a major credit card Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex or by check/money order. We also accept gift certificates from Bed and Breakfast.com, Select Registry, and the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, please call (1-800-554-1751) and make a reservation with us to use one of these certificates.
Cancellations: All cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. We have a 15 day cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the start or end date of your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited. If the room can be re-rented for the time period of your reservation, a 1 night deposit will be kept and the remainder refunded.
Check-In: 2 - 6 pm (if you plan to arrive later-please call to make other arrangements with the innkeeper)
Check-Out: 11 am (at certain times later checkouts can be arranged at an additional charge-during July and August we will not be able to accommodate requests-please inquire when making telephone reservations)
