Welcome to the Park Place Inn Bed and Breakfast situated on the quiet side of the common in beautiful Belchertown, Massachusetts. The Antique Inn is conveniently located in the Five College area and is within 15 to 25 minutes of The University of Massachusetts, Mount Holyoke, Smith, Hampshire, and Amherst Colleges. We think you will find the Inn very comfortable and relaxing, the people very friendly, and the location accessible to Routes 9 and 202 and the Massachusetts Turnpike. If you are traveling to the many nearby attractions you will notice that our country roads are very scenic, and in short, it's the New England you were really looking for. Make your stay with us a time of complete relaxation or a special romantic treat.

Park Place Inn Bed & Breakfast is also available for group get-togethers, business meetings, small weddings, showers, and small intimate parties, including an outdoor area.

Rates and Policies
  • Rates range from $105/night to $150/night plus tax for double occupancy rooms (all with private baths), delicious continental breakfast, and color cable TV with VCR.
  • Check-in: 3 - 7 p.m. (Please call if you will be arriving later than 7:00 p.m.)
  • Check-Out: 11 a.m.
  • We will be happy to store your luggage should you wish to stay in town longer.
  • Please park in the designated parking spaces located on the right hand side of the house and use the side entrance.
  • A plentiful Continental Breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
  • No Smoking. No pets.
  • Children 12 and over are welcomed.
  • A one night deposit is required for all reservations.
  • Payment by personal or Traveler's check is required (sorry we are not able to take credit cards) within 10 days of the reservation.
  • Should you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be provided if a cancellation notice is provided at least 10 days before your scheduled stay.
  • Beyond that time, refunds will only be provided if the room is rented.
