The Outer Cape Escape Bed and Breakfast

There are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. One room can be rented with a private hall bathroom with tub and shower. For those traveling as either family or friends, the two rooms can be rented as a two room suite with one bathroom. Rent one room for $140 per night or both rooms for $240.

• The deposit is due immediately to hold a reservation.
• The balance is due upon arrival.
• One night stays require payment in full.
• Deposits can be made using PayPal.
• We prefer payment of the balance upon arrival, using personal or traveler's checks or cash.
• The full balance is expected if you choose to shorten your stay once you check-in or if you are within the 10 day cancellation period.
• If notification is prior to the cancellation date, a full refund of the deposit will be made less a $25 processing fee.
• We ask that you call us directly at least 48 hrs prior to your arrival to confirm or re- confirm your arrival time.

During the Cape's shoulder seasons of the spring and fall, you can enjoy the nice weather without the summer crowds. Cape Cod can offer some unique riding experiences for you and your horse. Together you can ride the outer beaches or quiet back roads, experience the trails of the Cape Cod National Seashore or swim with your horse in our fresh water ponds. Our contemporary, nautically inspired home accommodates up to 4 people and 4 horses.

We have a two-stall horse barn with a turnout. For the comfort of our "guests," the stalls are lined with rubber mats. Electric fencing is available if necessary. We can fit two horses comfortably but can accommodate up to four horses if they are compatible. We are happy to provide shavings and ask that you provide your own food and muck the stalls and paddock daily.

• $200 for one room and up to 2 horses or $325 for two rooms and up to 4 horses.
• Proof of a current negative Coggins Test is required.
• Travelers are required to sign a release form encompassing the rider, the stay of the horse, and riding experiences.
