Policies
  • Rates are based upon double occupancy, with a full breakfast included in the price.
  • All rooms are subject to the state's 5% rooms tax.
  • Full breakfasts included.
  • There is a two night minimum stay during the summer season's weekend nights (June through September), and during other holidays throughout the year.
  • There is a $25 fee for every additional adult or child over 10 years (available in rooms 1 and 5 only).
  • Deposit: Nightingale Inn requires a deposit in order to guarantee your reservations. Credit cards are preferred. Your account will be charged immediately for one night's stay, regardless of your length of visit.
  • Things happen, events intercede, and sometimes you have to cancel plans. If this is the case, we require a fourteen (14) day cancellation notice for a refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
  • Sorry, we do not cater to pets.
