To confirm reservations, a deposit of half of the room nights is required at the time of booking by credit card. Unless previously cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the guest is responsible for the full reservation as booked. Deposits will not be forfeited if guest fails to arrive, arrives after confirmed arrival date, or departs before final day of the reservation. Deposits are applied first against the last day(s) of the reservation, and the balance is charged to the guest. When given at least fourteen days' notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee. When less than fourteen days' notice of cancellation is given, the deposit is non-refundable. A $25 processing fee is also charged for any changes in reservations processed after 24 hours from the reservation date.
