• Rates include a complimentary breakfast and are based on double or single occupancy.
• A 9.7% occupancy tax will be added to your final bill.
• Two-night minimum on weekends: May-October (three-night minimum for some holidays).
• Discounts for stays of two weeks or more.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Arrangements MUST be made for later check-ins. After 8:00 p.m. we will leave a welcome package and room key. We cannot accommodate arrivals before 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payments may be made by personal check, cash, VISA or MasterCard.
• To confirm reservations, a deposit of half of the room nights is required at the time of booking by credit card. Unless previously cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy, the guest is responsible for the full reservation as booked. Deposits will not be forfeited if guest fails to arrive, arrives after confirmed arrival date, or departs before final day of the reservation. Deposits are applied first against the last day(s) of the reservation, and the balance is charged to the guest. When given at least fourteen days' notice of cancellation, deposit will be refunded less a $25 per room processing fee. When less than fourteen days' notice of cancellation is given, the deposit is non-refundable. A $25 processing fee is also charged for any changes in reservations processed after 24 hours from the reservation date.

• Perfect for gift giving, Long Dell Inn Gift Certificates make the perfect gift for anniversaries, birthdays and weddings. Gift certificates are good for one year and can be purchased for any dollar amount, a specific length of stay, or for any of our special packages. We accept VISA & MasterCard for phone orders or you can mail us a check or money order.
