The Lake Room has a king-size wrought iron rounded footboard with a handmade quilt accented in warm burgundy colors. The walls have been hand painted with vines and flowers. The dresser and desk are of oak wood. The room has a reading chair or a cot can take its place for a third person. The Lake Room views the lake and front side of the property. low $130/$150-high $170/$185 The Laurel Room has a queen-size bed. There are beautifully framed Amish, cross-stich samplers on the walls made by a local artist. The colors of the room are olive green and gray. The view from the window is a wooded area of laurel bushes and a rose arbor with the buggy shed in the background. If you are lucky enough to be here around the third week in June you will see the laurel bushes in bloom. low $110/$130 - high $150/$165 |

| The Garden Room is a pretty room done in soldier blue. It has a queen-size wrought iron bed with a handmade quilt. The furniture in the room is oak with a Hitchcock rocker for reading. The view from the window is of the backyard where there is a memory garden and a small fishpond. low $90/$110 - high $130/$145 | The Carriage House Suite has three rooms: two guestrooms, a full bath, a half bath, and a private sitting room. The sitting room is called the Morning room. It has a TV/VCR and fireplace. There are four windows on the south side that view the backyard and the estates big red barn. The guestrooms are set up for a family of four or two couples traveling together. The Morning Room also has a pull-out couch for additional guest. low $240/$275 - high $300/$325. |
