Introduction

Lakeside Estates Bed & Breakfast is a New England Style Country Inn owned and operated by Tony & Beverly Scapin along with their wonderful yellow Labrador Retriever Cody.

Lakeside Estates is settled on 8 ½ acres of property set in Southern Berkshire county on scenic Otis Reservoir, the Berkshires largest recreational body of water. We are a short 10 to 45 minutes drive to the Berkshire cultural events with shopping and entertainment for everyone.

Lake View Here at Lakeside Estates there are endless ways to relax and enjoy oneself with a kayaking, canoeing, or fishing boat. Take a swim in the lake or hiking by the lake, bring your bikes, take a walking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling in the winter, fishing (winter or summer), play bocce or horseshoes on the property or an evening pontoon boat ride. The August sunset over the dam is a breathtaking view.

Lakeside Estates has three guestrooms all with private baths within your room. The Lake Room has a king-size bed and the Laurel and Garden Rooms have queen-size beds. The three guestrooms share a common sitting room overlooking the lake with a TV/VCR and fireplace.

Each morning we serve a full hearty breakfast in the Gathering Room by Chef Antonio. Lakeside Estates offers a breakfast menu with Yogurt, Fresh Muffins, Omelets, Fruited Pancakes, French Toast, Sausage, Ham, Bacon and Home Fries on the weekends. On those beautiful summer mornings we serve breakfast on the porch over looking the property with the lake and gardens in the background.

Lakeside Estates has a guest pantry that is open throughout the day. Hot and cold beverages along with snacks are left for your convenience.

We are a group and family friendly bed and breakfast.
