A Lady Winette Cottage is a charming Victorian cottage. Imagine a magical space nestled amongst gardens, facing historic Marblehead Harbor. Fall asleep listening to the gentle lapping of the waves or lie in your bed watching sailboats in the harbor. French doors open to your private deck for reading, daydreaming or watching the boats gracefully sail out to the ocean.
Marblehead is a quaint seacoast town 17 miles north of Boston. On Susan's beach, one can collect sea glass of all colors, sea shells, or just sit and watch the boats sail out of the harbor, tan or daydream. Sunsets on the beach are anyone's delight! Downtown Marblehead shops and touring are 1 mile away. Lady Winette is a cozy, romantic cottage that will draw you back any season, year after year.
A Lady Winette Cottage offers 2 beautiful air conditioned guest rooms with TV's. One room is furnished with 2 twin beds or a king bed, while the other is a harbor-front room with French doors opening onto a private deck overlooking the harbor. Savor your breakfast at the location of your choice. A charming large porch (pictured below) furnished with Cape Cod wicker overlooking the harbor, an elegant dining room, a garden escape room or your own private deck. Fresh brewed coffee or tea, juice, muffins, fresh fruit, cereal and yogurt are a few of your breakfast choices.

Your host, Susan Davies, has a warm and caring personality and will make you feel at home immediately. She is originally from Canada, competed extensively as a figure skater and is now coaching her own champions. Susan's great grandfather, Sir Louis Davies, was Chief Justice of Canada. His wife's name was Lady Susan Winette Davies, alas the name "A Lady Winette Cottage".
