| Handicap Accessible |
| Our handicapped accessible room is also our Peach Suite. It is a beautiful shade of peach, has hard wood ash floors with a thin oriental carpet that stays put. The room has a queen four-poster canopied bed, plus an extra daybed with a trundle so the room can sleep four easily. The room sports a large fireplace, 12' x 20' enclosed deck that is accessible only from this room and has no stairs but a table and chairs for enjoying our beautiful back yard. The bathroom is 18' x 20', has hard wood floors with another flat carpet, an old fashioned refinished claw foot tub and a 4' x 6' walkin or wheel in shower with dual heads. One of these heads is a handheld with sprayer. Built in seat and a portable bath seat are both available. Made not to look handicapped accessible. Our guests with disabilities have been extremely happy with the room. No steps from the parking area to the room and 42" doors all throughout. Dining room and living room as well as indoor aviary all on the same level. |
