This oceanfront Bed and Breakfast features breathtaking views of Vineyard Sound and Martha's Vineyard. Just footsteps from the premier sunning beach in Falmouth Heights, this professionally decorated, meticulously maintained property sits 45 feet up on a bluff.

INN on the SOUND offers ten spacious guest rooms with eight featuring magnificent ocean and Martha’s Vineyard views and private baths, and four rooms featuring private decks. Each of our guest rooms offers a comfy queen size bed, lots of pillows, a clock radio, cable television, ceiling fans, lots of fluffy towels, French milled soaps and top of the line toiletries. A bountiful, continental breakfast is available each morning 8:30 - 11:00. Breakfast may be enjoyed wherever the mood takes you...in the dining room with us, on your deck, in your guest room, or on the beach.

Rates: $195 - $295
Rates are per room, double occupancy.

Third person, $30 per night fee.
A tax of 9.7% is not included on the above prices.
Rates are subject to change, except on confirmed reservations.
A three-night minimum is required on all holidays, and weekend stays in June, July and August
Corporate, group, and month long stays available.
