Hillside House is the perfect destination for people seeking a combination of rural tranquility and city vibrancy. Located in the Berkshire Hills and Connecticut River Valley, this contemporary and spacious home affords marvelous views of the surrounding countryside, yet it is only minutes from Northampton and Amherst.

Our bright and airy home sits on 7 acres. In addition to its proximity to Amherst and Northampton - sometimes referred to as "Manhattan in the country" - it is adjacent to historic Deerfield and within minutes of a host of outdoor activities; cycling routes and hiking trails are nearby, as are golf and tennis facilities. In short, Hillside House offers country living with easy access to a full range of urban activities.

Enjoy the swimming pool during the summer or lounge on the large deck and savor the view.
The hot tub in the spa room is available to guests.

Two guest rooms are available, each with a private bathroom. They are tastefully furnished with queen-size beds, are bright and airy, and each affords access to the spa room and swimming pool. The larger Pink room offers a comfortable sitting area with sweeping views of the southern mountains.
